All bouquets are made-to-order. When ordering through our site, please be advised that all orders will be processed and delivered within 7-10 business days. If you need your bouquet sooner you need to contact our head florist directly at Contact@thehausofstems.com to coordinate and confirm availability.
These are real flowers, we do our best to deliver quality roses and take our time processing your flowers for your order. Sometimes though, because of weather and other outside elements out of our control, there may be slight damage to your flowers. In this case, if it is our fault due to processing or delivery we will replace items as needed. If it is because of outside variables we are not responsible for any damages or broken items.
